Our editorial standards
Show the work.
Respect the reader.
Useful implementation guidance needs visible sources, accurate boundaries, and a clear commercial relationship.
Source product claims at the primary source
We use official documentation for statements about product behavior, access, and administrative controls. Each guide includes links and a documentation check date. A retrieved page is a research input, not evidence that a feature has been tested in every account or environment. We distinguish documentation review from our own implementation verification.
Make dates and uncertainty visible
Availability and permissions can change during a rollout. We state meaningful limits and avoid universal claims when the source describes gradual access. Where official pages differ, we use the narrower relevant statement and describe the uncertainty. Readers should confirm current eligibility and configuration before committing to a rollout.
Separate facts, analysis, and examples
Implementation recommendations are our editorial analysis. Illustrative workflows describe proposed ways to apply the technology. They are not completed client case studies, audited outcomes, or promises of a particular saving. A published case study requires supporting records and appropriate permission. We do not invent customer logos, testimonials, certifications, or performance results.
Attribute authorship accurately
Initial articles are attributed to the Agentix editorial team. That attribution does not imply a named founder authored or reviewed a guide. AI-assisted research or drafting can support preparation; the published work still needs source checking and editorial responsibility. We do not use an invented expert identity or add a review credit that did not occur.
Disclose ownership and incentives
Agentix owns Dots Agents and provides AI implementation services. Articles can recommend evaluating a relevant Agentix service and link to a strategy-call booking page. That commercial incentive is disclosed throughout the publication. We do not claim to be an official OpenAI publication or present product access as evidence of endorsement.
Publish for the question, not a quota
A guide should resolve a distinct reader decision with meaningful explanation. We combine overlapping topics when a single guide serves the reader better, and keep planned topics unpublished until there is sufficient evidence and substance. Search visibility should follow useful content and technical accessibility. No special schema or formatting convention guarantees search rankings or AI citations.
Correct the record
Send a correction request to hello@goagentix.com with the article URL, passage, and supporting source. Confirmed factual corrections should be applied to the affected passage and reflected in its updated date. Material changes to product behavior or interpretation should include a visible update note. A formatting-only change does not justify presenting an article as newly researched.
Refresh triggers
We prioritize review after a material product announcement, an official documentation change, a reader correction, or a change to a guide's proposed operating assumptions. A published date alone does not prove ongoing freshness. Check the stated documentation date and follow the linked source when making a current purchase or implementation decision.
